A - Distance Selling Regulations

Hidden Airsoft Ltd adhere to the Customer Contracts Regulations for distance selling, which came in to force In the UK on the 13-06-2004.  and implement the Consumer Rights Directive under UK law. The regulations are designed to give you the consumer, rights when shopping online, so you're covered if things go wrong. These rights apply to orders which have been made online only. Hidden Airsoft ltd only operate online & have no physical stores.

A1- Information

Before placing an order online. Hidden Airsoft ltd provide the following details to the best of our knowledge.

   •     Information about Hidden Airsoft, Including our registered address and contact details.

   •     A description of the goods, and or service.

   •     The total price of goods and or services. Including VAT. Prices exclude delivery. (Delivery may vary depending on location).

   •     Payment options.

   •     Details of your right to cancel and when this doesn’t apply

   •     Details of who pays for the cost of returning items

   •     Delivery information including costs and estimated delivery times.

A2 - Right to cancel

When purchasing items online or via social media, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the order is delivered. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide and notify us of your wish to cancel, once you have notified us you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back In their original condition. The items must be in their original condition with no signs of damage and in a saleable condition. Your refund me be cancelled if you send damaged goods back unless the item arrived damaged.

When cancelling an order a refund will be issued once the unwanted items have been returned and inspected.

If you wish to cancel an order simply write to us via email or messenger where one of our friendly customer care team will be able to assist you.

A3 - When there is no right to cancel

In some circumstances, the Consumer Contracts Regulations don't give you a right to cancel your order.

Examples of this are:

   •     Items which have been customised, such as a two toned/custom paint request or modified items [i.e. altered from their original state at your request].

   •     Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

   •     Goods that have been altered after receipt, either by you or a 3rd party

   •     Where items have been used more than would be needed to inspect the items as you would reasonably do in a shop prior to purchase [a reduced refund may still be available, please contact us to discuss this.

   •     Goods and services worth £42 or less

   •     Services that have been completed in full prior to the return [such as modifications and custom paint services etc].

A4 - Cost of returning items and refunds

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty on receipt or not as described the postage cost of returning any unwanted items would be the responsibility of the customer.  If you have received an item that is faulty or where an incorrect item has been sent in error we will be happy to arrange for a free of charge. Postage back to Hidden Airsoft would be the customers responsibility If no defect was found.

A5 - Delivery

The delivery cost and an approximate delivery time will be shown prior to completing the order. Hidden Airsoft will only provide an approximate delivery date and no guarantee is provided If the delivery Is late and or failed. Deliveries are provided via a third party courier service and it is important that there will be someone available at the delivery location to sign for the goods. All goods left In a safe location at at your risk. Hidden Airsoft will not be liable for lost or stolen goods should you leave your parcel In a safe location.

No refund of the delivery cost will be given for any failed deliveries where there has been no-one available to sign for the parcel. Although Hidden Airsoft make every effort to ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely manner there can be events outside our control that may cause a delay in delivery. These events can vary from natural disasters to stock control.

Hidden Airsoft will not cover any consequential costs incurred such as time off work, missed game days etc.

Our deliveries are made via a third party courier service and e reserve the right to use the courier of our choice for each delivery.

Requests can be made to use a specific courier, although this may incur additional charges.

A6 - Website and Terms of Use

Hidden Airsoft tries to ensure our website is as accurate and as up to date as possible. However,  we reserve the right to make changes without any prior notice. By placing an order with Hidden Airsoft, you are agreeing to these conditions.

Do not copy, use any Information without written permission.

Hidden Airsoft obtains Information from our suppliers In relation to goods sold on our website.

A7 - Weapon Terms

A7.1 - FPS

All stated FPS listed on our website Is based on Information from our suppliers. Stated FPS may vary depending on weather conditions. Hidden Airsoft will not be liable for any Incorrect FPS measurements stated on our website.

All weapons are sold according to UK Laws.

A7.2 - 11.1V LiPo

11.1V LiPo batteries are for use in highly tuned and modified RIFs/AEGs ONLY. The use of an 11.1V LiPo, 10.8V NiMh/NiCd or higher voltages would be classed as miss-use and voids all warranty on all RIFs/AEGs supplied by Hidden Airsoft. Only use the stated voltage recommended by the gun manufacturer. It Is Important to read and understand the manual prior to use

A7.3 - User Error

If any problems are deemed to have arisen from user error we cannot accept a return or issue a refund, we may still be able to help you in repairing the problem however this may be a chargeable service.

Examples of user error are, and not limited to:

A7.4 - Weapon Modification

We do understand that users like to modify their weapons, however we may not be able to cover a repair once a permanent alteration or modification has been made, or if the weapon has been taken apart outside of expected maintenance (such as for normal cleaning and lubrication).

A7.5 - Maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential and failure to perform this can lead to premature wear and or damage, incorrectly maintaining or excessive dismantling can damaged components

Removing parts, such as the trigger mechanism, can cause damage and is considered user error. Hidden Airsoft reserves the right to Inspect any signs of damage and refunds will not be provided should the weapon have been dismantled and damaged as a result of doing so.

Maintaining an electric powered RIF only entails basic cleaning to ensure the item is free from dirt and debris. Some weapons may require additional steps. Please read the user manual for advice.

A7.6 - Use of Poor Quality BBs

There are many different types of BB’s on the market. We advise purchasing BB’s from our store as we have spent many hours testing them on site. After all, we only sell the best of the best.

Do not use cheap / low quality BBs in any RIF supplied by us, if we find evidence that low quality BB’s have been used we may not be able to accept a return or offer a refund.

A7.7- Accidental Damage

Airsoft guns are typically built and designed to last. Airsoft guns are toys. The user should treat them as toys and remember they are not designed/manufactured to the same build quality as real firearms. Dropping, hitting, throwing, etc can cause permanent damage to airsoft replicas. We cannot accept returns of weapons that have been mistreated, abused or with parts missing and broken etc. Hidden Airsoft cannot be liable for any such damage.

A7.8 - Use of incorrect Charging unit

Always ensure that when charging batteries the correct type of charger is used. For example, do not use a Li-Po charger to charge a Ni-Mh battery, or a Ni-Mh charger to charge a Li-Po battery. Please read all supplied instructional material, as we cannot accept the return of items damaged in this way. Using incorrect charging units Is extremely dangerous and Hidden Airsoft cannot be liable for any damaged caused to property and or the operator as a result of using incorrect charging units.

A7.9 - Included/ Chargers/ Batteries

A number of manufacturers/retailers Include free charging equipment. Please read the Item description or contact us for whats in the box. We recommend purchasing batteries/chargers from our website as we have tested everything we sell.

Due to the batteries/chargers coming Included In the box, we don’t stock such Items and you the buyer will need to contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of these batteries and chargers if they come supplied with a weapon as a ‘free gift’ from the manufacturer.

A8 - Price Match Promise

We have searched the market for the latest prices and have tried to beat them. Should we be more expensive than our competitors, please use the contact us page and we will Issue a discount code as well as try and reduce the price for future orders. We’re nice like that. Should you require Items not sold on our website. Please contact us and we will order them for you. Cheaper than our competitors as a thank you for waiting.

A9 - Stock Availability/Stock Control

We always try and ensure our stock levels are accurate as possible. Sometimes we make mistakes and at times we may need to cancel your order. We will always contact you prior to doing this to try and offer an alternative product.  We cannot guarantee availability of all items at all times.

A10 - Ordering & Payment

We accept credit card and debit card payments via our secure website, payments are made via secure channels through squarespace payment systems. Hidden airsoft does not store your personal banking Information.

We might not be able to accept your order if:

   •     Your funds don't clear, whether you are paying by credit debit card or PayPal

   •     We have made a pricing and or product description error

   •     A product is out of stock, is not available.

   •     We believe you are not using our website responsibly

   •     You attempt to pay by PayPal Cheque

A11 - Two Tone Service

Hidden airsoft offers a painting service using the Nuprol paint listed on our website. We only offer a camo style painting service and not two tone unless specifically agreed prior to ordering. Painting requested can take up to two weeks before dispatch. We need the paint to harden prior to dispatch. It’s a chemistry thing and not us being slow.

 A12 - Age Restricted Items

In order to purchase any Airsoft Weapon, also known as a RIFS - Replica Imitation Firearm. You must be over 18. This applies to both weapons in standard Military Colours as well as Two Toned Weapons. Hidden Airsoft reserves the right to randomly ask you for age Identification documents for your order to be released.

When ordering you will be asked to confirm your Age which will be stored against the order as proof, and if required we reserve the right to put your order on hold until we have received proof that you are over 18.

 A13 - Paint Wear & Tear

Depending on the frequency, and type of use, the paint may begin to wear off. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for paint wear during use. Typical places for this type of wear are on the Cheek Rest and Handguard, due to these parts being high contact areas with Gloves and Masks.

 A14 - Order Holding/Order Cancelling

Hidden Airsoft reserves the right to hold your order should we be required to stop your parcel for legal reasons. If we hold your parcel we will attempt to contact you immediately, and attempt to re-contact you every few days. Should we not be able to contact within an appropriate amount of time we will cancel your order, and refund you.

Below are some possible reasons for orders being held:

   •     Your Defence is not Valid

   •     The name on your Defence is different to the one provided with the Defence

   •     Your Address does not match the Address on your Defence

   •     Your address is incorrect

Please be aware that we will not send out your order if your Defence is invalid, as it is required by law.
